Alex is responsible for Northleaf’s business development and investor relations activities in the Republic of Korea, further developing relationships with institutional investors, consultants and advisors.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2024, Alex was a Managing Director in charge of capital raising and the management of the Korea operations of Seraya Partners, an Asia-focused fund manager investing in next-generation infrastructure. Previously, Alex was with the Korea Investment Corporation (KIC) in Seoul and New York where he held increasingly senior positions, including Senior Director of North American Infrastructure and Senior Director in KIC’s sovereign wealth liaison office. Prior to that, Alex worked with Korea Ratings, KPMG Korea (M&A transaction services) and Deloitte Korea (audit and assurance). Alex also served as a Sergeant with the United States Forces in Korea.
Alex received an MBA from INSEAD in France and Singapore and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Economics from Korea University in Seoul.
