Northleaf acts as sole lender on an A$100 Million First Lien Credit Facility to Support Butn’s Strategic Growth
MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA (July 2, 2025)— Northleaf Capital Partners (“Northleaf”), a global private markets investment firm, today announced that funds managed by the firm acted as sole lender on an A$100 million asset-backed first lien credit facility to Butn Ltd (ASX: BTN), a leading Australian provider of factoring and supply chain finance. Headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, Butn offers financial products that support working capital management and growth for small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) businesses.
